ICE Forever Small Sili Quartz 000124 Women’s Watch
Ciara, my 6-year old angel of a daughter is wise beyond her years and talks like a full-grown adult. Ever since she’s being going to school, she’s grown even wiser. In her kindergarten we had given her a mickey-mouse watch; not the toy one – but a real working watch. But now that she has grown some more, my wife and I decided it was time for an upgrade. There’s are several dozen brands to select from and each brand has several dozen models to select from. We narrowed down the search somewhat by Googling for “ladies watch” and “children’s watches”. This still left us with a few hundred to select from.
Over the next couple of days, we painstakingly browsed through dozens of online watch retailers. In between my wife even visited a few brick-and-mortar watch retailers in our neighbourhood but didn’t find anything satisfying.
Meanwhile into our 3rd day, I continued browsing online watch retail stores. That was when I came across https://www.citywatches.ie/ They seemed to retail every known brand and within each brand, many watch models.
While I browsed through their collection, two things struck me; first was the sheer choice of watches and secondly, the phenomenal discounts offered on almost every watch.

Small, rugged, all white and very dainty. I felt this was the perfect watch for our little Ciara who was partial to white and off-white clothes. I instinctively felt that the ICE Forever Small Sili Quartz 000124 Women’s Watch, was just the kind she would love. To confirm, I had my wife look at it and she too agreed that the watch seemed perfect.
The watch had a White Polyamide Case, a Silicon Strap, Quartz Movement, had a Mineral Crystal that would minimize scratches, a lovely white dial, analog quartz display, luminous hands and markers and even included a date window. Moreover, the ICE Forever Small Sili Quartz 000124 Women’s Watch was water resistant up to 100 Meter depth. She could splash all she liked in the kiddies’ pool and we would not have to worry about the watch.
The watch arrived a few days later and we presented it to Ciara over the weekend. She loved it and started wearing it right away. As parents, it not easy to get things right but when we do, the feeling is huge.
